Description
Verify that the user with the "Brought by himself" order status receives a notification after changing payment status to "Half paid" by the manager

Pre-requisites

1. Move to https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs
2. The user has an order with the "Brought by himself" order status
3. The manager changed the payment status to "Half paid"
4. Authorize as a User
5. The "Messages" page is open
