Description
[UBS Edit profile] Verify that the user can subscribe to the telegram notifications in the case when Telegram messenger is not installed on user's PC (user can use Web version of Telegram).

Pre-requisites
Steps to be fulfilled before test:

1. Move to https://www.greencity.cx.ua/#/ubs-user/profile.
2. Authorize as User.
3. Open "Дані користувача (User data)" page.
4. User does not have desktop version of Messenger Telegram on his PC.
