Reproducible: always
Build found: last commit from https://github.com/ita-social-projects/WhatBackend

Pre-conditions:
Log in as Administrator in BackendPanel

Steps to reproduce:

Enter to Homeworks.
Press plus(add new homework).

Actual result:

Expected result:
Similar view like on other modal windows.
