problem withn requirements.txt

Hello I wanted to use this repo to create diverse in context examples..Unfortunately their is a lot of conflict.
My system specs: ubuntu 22.04
python version: 3.9.18

Also the library sklearn is not available in pip manager...
And the dependencies version seem to create a lot of conflicts...
Please let me know if there is any solution for that...

The main problem I am facing is the submodlib library...Please let me know if there is any specific way of installing the dependencies..

More details:
Im using virtualevn to create the environment and not conda...please let me know if I need to use conda...
