Issue with configs

I think is the docker container fault because on any other server i didn't have this issue but:

When i change configs they sometimes rollback. (I don't know if they rollback or they get regenerated)
If i use the create mod config editor. It works for the session after that they reset(i think).
If i change the file using a file editor then it sometimes decides to reset the config file. That is because iv'e set a config that after a week got reset. Without me knowing, and i edited it because of some op thing that is enabled by default.
The server is on linux, forge,1.20.1,latest forge version for that mc version

What do you mean by "any other server"? What modpack automation are you using in those ones?

Please provide logs and container definition, such as compose file, if you need further assistance.

By any other servers. I mean self hosted via install. On both linux and windows. And the modpack automation is manual mods download in the mods folder

Use

docker logs YOUR_CONTAINER

to see the logs. There's no need to provide all of the Minecraft logs. I just need the ones at very beginning of startup that start with "[init]" and "mc-image-helper".

Also to provide the container config I requested

docker inspect YOUR_CONTAINER
