Description

The model was currenlty trained on spine generic data-multi-subject, so it mainly only includes healthy spinal cords (64 cases of mild compression).

It would be useful to have a robust segmentation of the spinal cord canal in cases of severe compression (and stenosis).

The idea here is to :

  1. Test on compressed spinal cord T2w images
  2. Manually correct (if necessay) the canal segmentations
  3. Re-train with compressed cords
