Add a custom key binding

Is it possible for your mod to add a custom key binding function like in this mod ( Native Settings UI at Cyberpunk 2077 Nexus - Mods and community ) ?
There are lines of code responsible for this feature in the (Native Settings UI) ( GitHub - https://github.com/justarandomguyintheinternet/CP77_nativeSettings )
