As of writing - 21 Feb 2022 - the OSM Black and White background does not load and a error message is shown.

It appears that this non-loading issue is only on local machine. Not sure why. But the map works fine once the site is pushed to github. For now, I am keeping this issue open, but in future cleanup I might close this issue.
