Interface can escape the design domain! #2
Description
This can happen in at least two cases:
- An aggressive mesh operation (e.g. edge collapse) is performed near the boundary.
- The design domain is not convex and each end node of an edge can be inside the design domain, but the middle of the edge is outside. If this edge is split in two, the new node will also be outside the design domain.
