Update entity pages for non-component entities

What do you want to improve?

Update the entity pages for the User, Group, Resource, System, Domain, Template, Location and API entities.

What is the current behavior?

Currently many of the non-component entity pages do not provide much information or contain irrelevant components. Ex: Template page uses default entity page which contains things like git repo PR overview cards (from the Overview content component).

What is the new behavior?

Update entity pages to provide more relevant to the type of entity it is.

With the inclusion of dynamic frontend plugins, I think this issue has been solved as the end user can configure the entity pages themselves to fit their needs.
