Feature request: Work with tabs and not windows

While functionality to work with windows is good,
it is rarely need for me, instead sending individual tabs is needed way more often.
It can be useful both as a command in Obsidian that takes a URL, and a right-click option for the extension.

Hey @Mistmage. I'm just seeing this now (I guess I need to set up github notifications). I can look into adding this functionality.

A right click option for the extension to save the current tab shouldn't be hard. Would you expect the tab to close on save or do you think it should stay open afterwards?

Also what specific Obsidian functionality were you hoping for? The last I checked, the Obsidian options were a bit limited, so I haven't put effort to expand it in a while.

Yes, a right click option to send a current tab to the obsidian still would be great.

I like OneTab, but because of how it is done, it is a liability of sending your whole window into it by one misclick.

Also, I am right now using 3-4 different browsers, so an ability to have tabs from all of them stored in one place is neat. And ability to sync it with mobile if needed is also a nice bonus, even if not as useful to me personally.

In general, being able to select whenever a tab stays open or not, is always better, but if it is one or the other, i do believe it should be closed on save.

About the command in the obsidian, i probably meant an ability to save a tab by inserting its link into a promt, or by using the link in the clipboard.
Right now, i would say an ability to save a tab from web viewer is more preferred, but it is all and the same.
