"vector_based" define function not found

I get following error when trying to run the osm2lulc code:

Dear @s-maharjan,

Unfortunately, at this moment, this repository is not in a condition to be used by end-users. The repository is not properly documented and is under active development. For example, the vector-based function is already outdated and will be removed shortly, as soon as I finish testing the new version.

Therefore, if you are interested in obtaining land use/land cover maps from OpenStreetMap data, the easiest way is to send me a bounding box, which I will use to generate a result using the latest version of osm2lulc (which no longer corresponds to the "vector_based" method). You can send the bounding box to the email jpatriarca2124@gmail.com.
