Unable to gather files from spinning disks to a ssd

I have an unRaid 7.0.0 server that keeps reporting an error that my appdata share has files on cache1, disk1, and disk2. The configuration for share states that it should only exist on cache (cache1 is an ssd while disks 1&2 are spinners). I tried to perform a "gather" on it with appdata the target. Unbalance generated this command: "/mnt/disk2
rsync -avPR -X "appdata" "/mnt/cache/"" and there where no errors, but no files where gathered either:

Am i doing something wrong that the files are not being moved to the appropriate drive?
