Is there a way to exclude the HA database?

I notice that using the native action: hassio.backup_full there is an option to exclude the HA database.

e.g

action: hassio.backup_full
data:
  compressed: true
  homeassistant_exclude_database: true
  location: Office_laptop_Hassio_backups
  name: Full backup {{ now().strftime('%Y-%m-%d %H:%M') }}

Is this possible with this integration? Or if not, can it be added to the exclusions?

I see you claim in Version 1.8.0 that this is possible.
I have updated to this version and cannot find where this is implemented. And there is no reference to this feature in the documentation.

Please help me by pointing me in the right direction to get this working.

After a refresh I can now see the exclude_database parameter. My bad.
So much appreciated.

As a side note: As the main topic in the 2025.1.x release blog is communication, maybe there is a take away here? No malice intended, just an observation.

Ahh this is what I was looking for I was sure I didn't imagine this issue, but I was looking for a feature request or issue instead of a discussion.

Support for this has been added in release v1.8.0.

You can use the exclude_database option on the backup actions now. Works the same as the homeassistant_exclude_database option from the hassio backup action but renamed for consistency.
