No way to override playlist submitter name #3
Description
When a playlist is loaded, the submitter's realname is forced to the person that loaded the bot.
We should add an option for a new config option in the config file, under the insecure section, to allow for the name to be overriden by the playlist. As part of this, the playlist json format will need to be adjusted to allow for the name to be listed in the json
