Getting Column Calibration for Step & Glue

I was wondering if you had any suggestions for how to extract the calibrated wavelength data for step & glue data? Using the get column calibration method only returns the wavelengths for the final spectrum that makes up the glued spectrum hence is missing the wavelengths for lower wavelength data. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just a quick thought, if calibrated, the calibration should be stored in the XML of the SPE file. In the standard acquire, you can pull the XML using the GetXml method of the IFileManager object passing the IImageDataSet as the argument. If you are using the alternate acquire method in LabVIEW, it is already getting the XML directly from the SPE file.

Once you have the XML, it should be pretty easy to parse out the calibration information. Last I looked, it was simply a list of the values for each pixel.

I will try to add pulling calibration information to the library. I will likely make it a separate output as an array for the ROIs as to not break the output for previous versions.
