Plugins shall be able to register controllers to certain endpoints corresponding to a REST server provided by a framework service.
This way, other services can interact with the framework and its information.

I think this issue can be closed, since it is now possible to register controllers.

Would keep it for tracking purposes as the feature is not officially released until 1.1.0
