When you install Internet Information Server on an Alpha server, you may not
have the following extensible objects in Performance Monitor.
- Content Index
- Content Index Filter
- FTP Service
- Internet Information Services Global
- Http Content Index
- Web Service
RESOLUTION
==========
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or
Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information,

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Internet Information Server
