payment pluggability

I was just gonna start hacking away at

and some annoying friend :p suggested I ask if you had thought about pluggability for the payment system? lol, before I do start hacking on your code have you given thought to making the payment system pluggable? I think I'm going to add in braintree as an option and would welcome comments.

I haven't got any plans for payment plugins at the moment, I don't think it's really a priority for me.

But a pull request with a Braintree payment method would be appreciated :) If you're confused by anything in the current implementation, don't hesitate to ask.
