In NL, we score our athletes against the European Standard to make a total ranking over the year and for comparison purposes (i.e. who makes it to the national team). This has been working very well. Is it possible to integrate the European Standard (including MF age correction next to it) as a % score against which we can rank our lifters in a competition?

There is such a variety of provincial and national rating practices that I don't see how this could be done as a generic feature.
However, you can add you own Excel protocol sheet, and use a second tab with all your reference data. You can then add columns with your formulas as you see fit.
The "local" directory in a laptop installation can be zipped and uploaded to a cloud install. Your federation could provide a standardized zip that includes these files. Any file in the zip will be used in preference to the standard ones, so you can either override or add files as you need.

For an example of how to add formulas to a spreadsheet, you can look at local/templates/timing/TimingStats_en.xls
The templating system I use requires a $[ ] around the formula so it knows how to process it as "native" formula.

OK, very interesting... Can you tell me how I can get those files from my Docker instance? Normally, I would have an appdata folder to change some things, but I guess it's included in the Docker image itself?

To get going, it is easier to install the program locally.
Once you have a zip of the local directory you can upload it to the cloud, where it will be stored as a blob in the database. When the program starts, it unzips the blob (in an in-memory file system, the files are small) and uses that as an override path before the official files.
You can then pull back the blob, re-edit, re-zip and re-upload as you see fit. We use that technique in my federation. We have a zip with our special Excels. Other federations change the colors, etc.

So I changed the All.xls template to include ES% and this is the error I received:

If I click on Yes, then the excel is empty.

What am I doing wrong? Can't I add more columns? Added my xls template as well, please note that I only tried to give a formula for the ES% and not yet the Age Corrected one.

Good. But when reporting a problem, kindly follow the following procedure.

stop the program
remove all the files from the logs directory
start the program
reproduce the issue so I can see a clean log
stop the program
create a zip file with the following
- the logs directory
- the local directory
- ** an export of the database using the Export Database feature -- this is a .json file **
