Describe the bug

The bug fix for the footer position addresses an issue where the footer does not stay at the bottom of the page when there is insufficient content to push it down

Expected behavior

Steps to reproduce

To reproduce the footer position bug, create a basic HTML page with minimal content and a footer. Open the page in a browser and observe that the footer does not stay at the bottom if the content is shorter than the viewport. Resize the browser window to confirm the issue persists.
