JFrogDocker@1 XRay Image scan should list the issues before erroring out

XRay Scan for local image is simply erroring out based on policies defined, without listing the vulnerabilities or issues.

[Error] One or more of the detected violations are configured to fail the build that including them

It should list down the issue or vulnerabilities first and then task failure based on policies and task configuration.
