New Cumulus/Water tank thermostat

Hello, first of all I thank you for this wonderful thermostat.

I think you could add another type of thermostat for the cumulus/hot water tank.

The management should not be difficult because it would simply be necessary to control a relay to turn on or off the cumulus. You could add the optional additional management of a temperature probe and a TIC module for the recovery of peak/off-peak hours. The interface would be roughly similar to the configuration of a switch-type Vtherm.

I am French and a developer too ^^.
Besides, I would make a PR to optimize the documentation because I myself have gone round in circles for simple queries.

Hello, I think I understand your point and I think you can already do what you want without changing anything in Vtherm.

Create a Vtherm of type over_switch, give a temperature sensor which is a measurement of the water temperature, configure the switch as underlying switch, configure preset to have Eco and Confort as the target temperature and it should work as is. You can follow the quickstart guide for switch.

Because the outdoor temperature is not important for you, you can set the coef_ext to 0 (and keep coef_int to 0.6 first).
