Environment Details

Platform: macOS Mojave 10.14.5
VS Code version: 1.36.0 (installed with Homebrew)
Other extensions installed/enabled: None

Current Behavior

Unable to install. Getting the following error when installing any NuGet package.

Steps to Reproduce

Workaround

Installing from the command-line works (e.g., dotnet add NUnit).
