Drop scikit-learn dependency #35
Description
Scikit-learn is a heavy dependency and while it provides a few useful functions like check_X_y etc and allows us to use LinearModel as a parent for Slope, it would be nice to drop it. The estimators should still be scikit-learn compatible of course, but scikit-learn should be moved to a test dependency for the purpose of running check_estimator().
