Describe the bug
Setting SSID or Password is always persistent

To Reproduce
CLI> set network -ssid MySSID is always persistent even if the -persist flag is omitted
CLI> set network -pass MyPass is always persistent even if the -persist flag is omitted

Expected behavior
Should not survive a reboot
