To avoid hnn-core breaking HNN, we should set up cron jobs like here so tests are run periodically and any PR that breaks HNN will be caught early.

@blakecaldwell if you can get the CIs to run, I can make a PR to add this. It would really help with maintenance.

Travis is asking for money. Can you take over the CI and deal with this? Let me know if you need me to deactivate account or change permissions.
