Http requestion exception in UWP

Hi, I saw your MVA. I was following through till the Web Module but got stuck at Client one. And I am creating this issue pretty later after your event because I watched the recorded one. I wasn't on MVA before and I have joined pretty recently.

And, I don't know if it really is an issue or if I messed up somewhere (A newbie in the field of SignalR) though I tried my best to use your code as it is so that I can see it in action on my machine and maybe later make changes for my project.
