test is only testing empty file #3

corrupted is just empty file.

this should test actually corrupted image

by cutting legit jpeg file into half like

$  dd count=10 if=image.jpg of=corrupted.jpg
10+0 records in
10+0 records out
5120 bytes (5.1 kB, 5.0 KiB) copied, 0.00222831 s, 2.3 MB/s
$

BTW, I believe corrupted jpeg is like what mentioned below
