As the title states i get the following error
ERROR: Referenced sniff "Joomla.Commenting.FileComment" does not existwhen running with this ruleset enabled.Im using phpcs version 3.4.0 (stable).
And the ruleset provided in the 4.0-dev branch.
I assume I am missing a dependency, but i don't know where to look
