command-line tool to prefix data to lines
jprefix [--text='text'] [--hostname] [--timestamp] [--utimestamp]
[--suffix] [--quotes] [FILENAME] [FILENAME...]
prepend text or selected data to each line from named files or STDIN
--text=prepend specifies text to prepend to each line
--hostname shows hostname on each line
--timestamp shows time and date
--utimestamp shows date and time with microseconds
--suffix shows added data at end of line, not start
--quotes shows original line in quotes
