Update conda package

I was wondering if the latest release of gapseq could be pushed to Conda so i can use it as an image instead of the standalone version which makes usage a lot easier when working with Nextflow.

Yes, we are actively working on updating the gapseq package on bioconda. I hope to submit the new gapseq recipe next week.
