New major plugin version for new Piwik major version, 3.X. This plugin works as same in Piwik 2.X.

For upgrade from version 0.2.2 to 1.0.0, save your configurations outside Piwik, upgrade Piwik and plugin and put saved configurations again, or set new configurations, but will generated new hashs and old hashs will not work.
