Linking to actual literals

What is the best practice for linking to actual literals?

The CRM has several properties like "P3 has note" and "P90 has value", which could link directly to a literal value, but the documentation indicates a range of E62 String or E60 Number, etc rather than to a literal.

So when it comes to actually modelling triples where should the literal values go?
