❓ Unable to insert images from online services

Describe the bug
When inserting an image, the plugin is not offering images from any of the image services I have configured.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add API keys for online image services.
2. Test the keys to confirm they work.
3. Select the Pixel Banner: Select Image command from the Obsidian command palette.
4. Observe that none of the images is from any of the online image services.
5. Enter a search string.
6. Observe that none of the images is from any of the online image services.

Expected behavior
I would expect, on entering search string, to see images from online services that match that string. I must be doing something wrong. If this is an operator error, please pardon me.

The Select Banner Image modal is only used to search/select images you have stored in your vault (and upload images from your computer using the "Upload External Image" button)
