FR: Allow recording of a user-defined region

Coming from QuickRecorder... not seeing any way to define a region of the screen to capture.
Would really like to see this in BetterCapture!

Especially if the region can be set and saved across launches.

Thanks for your interest in this project. Recording of user defined areas is a new feature requests and I would like to discuss the ideas first via GitHub discussions. I will convert this issue into a discussion for now.
