Should we merge jsdom/cssstyle into jsdom/jsdom?

Recent work has increasingly coupled the two projects. We often land tests in jsdom/jsdom instead of here, or need to make dependency updates in jsdom/cssstyle that impact jsdom, etc. I think it would probably be easier to develop in a single repository.

WDYT @asamuzaK? If you agree, I can work on a PR to jsdom (after landing the open ones from you).
