Breaking changes:

This container has been almost completely rewritten. Some highlights are below.

• replaced dumb-init with s6-overlay init.
• removed all local ovpn files in favor of fetch-external-configs.sh. This means that this container is more in-line with the original upstream's 4.x branch.
• moving away from TravisCI to GitHub WorkFlows.
• Images are signed using cosign. The public key will be put on the documentation/wiki site(s).
• Image(s) scanned for vulnerabilities using grype
• Images and PRs will produce an SBOM artifact using syft
• Documentation updates coming soon.
