Need to create documentation organizing the different files and methods within the CLI tool. Need to organize and create more detailed documents and readme.md describing how to use the non-prompting and prompting tool.

Need to also describe how the non-prompt tool fits in with the regular workflow and renaming files.

Will create a specific task list when addressing this issue.
