Can pdfplumber handle tables where the entire table is rotated 90 degrees?

Should pdfplumber be able to read tables where the entire table is rotated 90 degrees? The page is portrait but the table is 90 degrees counter-clockwise to better fit onto the page.

pdfplumber should be able to extract the table, but to get the correct text ordering, you'll want to adjust the text_-prefixed table settings, particularly text_line_dir and text_char_dir, corresponding to the text extraction parameters here.
