Text extraction issue

I have a pdf, the pdf. where text extraction does not work only for a specific page.
Page 7, instead to extract "Total for question 11" pdfplumber extracts "Tot a7l2 f.2o ×r 1q0u3 eWstion 11"
But the extraction works for all the other occurrences. Is it a font problem?

Apparently the "Total for question 11" line and the denominator of the fraction above that line are merged here.

Thank you , is was able to extract correctly by setting 'y_tolerance = 0'
