small typo: in 14.3 Basic Data Analytic Iteration: "develop develop"

thank you for yet again an amazing lecture. However in the section
### **14.3 Basic Data Analytic Iteration**
 sentence starting with: "Typically, we will need to build and  **develop develop** a system of statistical methods that . . . ." seems to have a typo.
