Access denied to post-contest for contestants with full scores #22

Please allow contestants with full scores to access post-contest 🐒
It looks like the dmoj api shows the contestants' scores, but doesn't let you find out what the full scores are for the contest problems 😩

btw is it necessary to delete the user's message whenever they use post contest command? the bot sends a confirmation message so it's not like it reduces spam, besides people should be doing it in a bot or spam channel anyway to avoid sending notifications to people who haven't muted the channels

I'm currently working on a refactor which will allow an implementation of that feature

the point of deleting the user's message was to add people to post contest on scoreboard hidden contests without giving away who participated.
