Occasional system failure with kernel warnings about 'kobject_add_internal' triggered by resuming from sleep

I have experienced system failures that necessitates cold restart after resuming from sleep state for several times. After some digging on kernel logs I noticed 'kobject_add_internal' kernel warning was usually present right before system becomes irresponsive. Here is a sample of kernel log.
(The card is on 0000:03:00.0)

Have anyone experienced similar issue?
