See, .e.g., build 6776563. This is due to the libnacl requirement: ecordell/pymacaroons#43 and will be fixed with the next release to include ecordell/pymacaroons#45

I'm unclear of the release plan; we could consider pointing directly at master in the meantime in the docs/requirements.txt file (tested in build 6776824).

This has been resolved with the release of 0.13.0 of pymacaroons
