overlay_map.dtb missing?

Hey Scott,
first of all thanks for the amazing work!
Could it be that overlay_map.dtb is missing? I am getting the following message when building hardknott branch

ERROR: basic-camera-image-1.0-r0 do_image_rpi_sdimg: mcopy cannot copy rpi64/build/tmp/deploy/images/raspberrypi4-64/overlay_map.dtb into boot.img

meta-raspberrypi seems to add it to RPI_KERNEL_DEVICETREE_OVERLAYS in conf/machine/include/rpi-base.inc but it seems you are overriding that in linux-raspberrypi_5.10.bbappend
