justpy 0.2.4 release

These are to test the release capability via flink. The releases didn't incorporate many core changes yet but quite a few administrative ones.

git diff 42275e9c6e00373f09affd7d781a278383171807 

might give you a clue of the current changes for the first release.
git tag will show you the available tags and you can also do a diff using the tags see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3211809/how-to-compare-two-tags-with-git
