Suggestion: update outdated dependencies #9

Some dependencies are outdated as of the report here: https://david-dm.org/jwarby/i18n-lint
Would be nice to update 'em if it won't break the functionality. What do you think, @jwarby ?

I see no reason not to - I don't think lodash or chalk will need any updates to the i18n-lint code despite the new versions being major bumps; glob I'm not sure about. Would have to read through release notes for any breaking changes before upgrading any of the deps.
