Videos with HDR falsely reported as HDR (Type HLG) fail on Safari iOS 18

Description:
We use the nginx-vod module to serve videos with Adaptive Bitrate Streaming (ABR). Recently, we have identified an issue where some videos appear to have their video range reported as HDR (of type HLG). However, Kaltura detects these videos as HDR (of type PQ).
This mismatch causes playback issues on certain video players, specifically Safari on iOS 18.

This issue appears to stem from a mismatch between the reported HDR type (HLG) and Kaltura's detection (PQ).
