CircleCI triggers main branch build

What happened

Automatic updates ran, but it also triggered a build on the main branch

Note: I know the updates failed but I have a fix for that job :)

Expected behaviour

When the trigger runs for automatic updates I'm not expecting a build on the main branch.

I feel like this might just be a tweak in config but we need to figure out that that is because drupal-starter and drupal-acquia have some default configs that's not correct now
